Booking & Service Policy

Thank you for choosing Elegant Events. We look forward to working with you and bringing your vision to life. Please review the following booking policies prior to securing your event date.

Pricing & Consultations

We do not offer a fixed price chart. Each event is uniquely designed based on your vision and needs. Clients provide details of their desired décor, and we will offer a pricing range accordingly. If the range meets your expectations, an exact quote will be provided.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Inspiration photos or videos

  • Event date

  • Venue (if secured)

  • Estimated guest count

  • Budget (if applicable)

Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit equal to 50% of the total event cost is required to secure your date.

  • Deposits are refundable within forty-eight (48) hours of booking.

  • After 48 hours, deposits are non-refundable, as planning and preparation begin immediately.

  • If a cancellation occurs due to an issue on our end, a 100% refund will be issued.

  • Payment plans of four (4) installments are available. All balances must be paid in full prior to the event date.

Cancellations, Credits & Date Changes

  • If you cancel your event, you may receive an event credit equal to your deposit, valid for six (6) months from the original event date.

  • Clients may reschedule their event one (1) time. Any additional date changes will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Booking Timeline & Rush Fees

  • Events must be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to the event date.

  • Bookings made within 30 days of the event will incur a $250 rush fee, in addition to the deposit and total event cost.

Venue Requirements

  • Venues must allow a minimum of three (3) hours of setup time for full décor installations.

  • We require a venue walkthrough within one (1) month of the event date, unless we have previously worked at the venue.

  • Venue walkthroughs are conducted only after an event is officially booked.

Rentals & Damages

  • All décor items are rentals and must be returned at the conclusion of the event, unless the item is custom-made with names or photos.

  • Clients are responsible for any items that are damaged, broken, or destroyed while in their possession.

Décor Standards & Budget Transparency

  • We provide and install our own décor only to ensure consistent quality and design standards.

  • Please ensure your décor expectations align with your stated budget.

  • Clients with smaller budgets are encouraged to share this upfront, as we are happy to explore suitable options when possible.
